Welcome to the pen gallery! Here are some pens that have either sold, or are not for sale. Sometimes when I make a pen out of a new kit I generally like to keep the first pen I make from that kit. Hover the mouse over an image of a pen to get a Short discription of the pen.
NOTE: Not all pens have discriptions though. If you see something here that you like send an email to requests@bowencustomcreations.com and let us know which pen you like. Everything you see here can be recreated to look almost exactly like what you see. How ever if you are only interested in a specific pen and don"t want it recreated, make an offer and we"ll see what we can do.

Maple and Walnut Kitless Slimline PenThis is a pen made from a slimline kit, but using none of the external metal parts. The challenge in making one of these is that you can"t use a special mandrel to turn the pen. You also have to do each half of the pen one at a time.

Snake wood Baron Fountain PenThis is a baron fountain pen made from snake wood. The nib of the pen is two tone gold and platinum while the rest pen has a chrome finish. Snake wood is a rare wood found mostly in Central and South America. Even though it is a dense hardwood, great care still has to be taken in order to prevent cracks and checking.

Red Acrylic Roller ball BaronHere is a red acrylic roller ball baron. This kit was originally traded to someone who made it for someone else. The person who it was going to originally wanted a smaller pen so this pen was given back to me.

Desert Iron Wood Cigar PenHere we have a cigar pen made from lignum vitae (desert iron wood). This is another dense heavy wood. One little tidbit, unlike most woods it does not float, when placed in water it"ll sink as if it was made of iron. The cigar pen can also be made as a pencil, or as a pen/pencil set. Currently though it can only be made with 24k gold, or chrome parts.

Corian Pen and PencilThis pen and pencil set is made using a Slimline kit with a Titanium Nitride finish. The TN finish looks exactly like gold but will usually last longer than most standard gold finishes. Corian as you may know is used to make kitchen counter tops and on occasion signage and plaques.
